Return Policy
Nexra Prints makes each poster to order with care, craft, and the kind of precision you'd expect from someone aligning a picture frame for the tenth time. Because your artwork is printed just for you, we don’t accept returns based on a change of heart or mind.
That said, if something goes wrong — whether it’s a hiccup in production or a shipping mishap — we’re here to make it right.
What qualifies for a return?
- Your poster arrived damaged in transit
- You received the wrong design or size
What to do:
Head over to our Contact Us page and fill out the form within 7 days of receiving your order. Once we hear from you, we’ll personally reach out to request a few clear photos and guide you through the next steps.
What doesn’t qualify:
- Change of mind
- Ordered the wrong size
- Colour variation due to screen calibration
Friendly heads-up: Colours can vary wildly between screens. What looked like “deep ocean blue” on your tablet might turn out more “stormy dusk” in print.
Custom Prints:
For custom designs, we can only offer replacements or refunds if the print arrives damaged or the order is incorrect. Since they’re made just for you, they can’t be returned for preference changes.
